"Lesvos LGBTIQ+ Refugee Solidarity" is a self organised group on Lesovs with the aim to create a safer space outside of the camp  for queer migrants and refugees.  We meet every week to organize ourselves, exchange useful information and just be together in an atmosphere without judgment. Our goal is to provide support for the numerous and mostly systematic problems in the asylum procedure and together demand changes. 

In our presentation we will give an overview about our work on the island of Lesvos, some insights about the life realities of  queer asylum seekers and about the  systematic violence against migrants and refugees coming to Europe through the Turkish-Greek Border.
