MOTION REBELLION

This is not a dance workshop. But a session designed to bring us back to the present, release oppression, and foster deep connection with ourselves and one another. This is an invitation to experience movement from within, to find pleasure and fluidity in our bodies, to cultivate intimacy, and to awaken our innate capacity for joy and liberation. In this workshop, we invite oxytocin levels to rise to the sky as we explore the pleasure of movement in a collective and supportive space. This is a time to embrace pleasure, connection, no judgement and rebellious joy. Come as you are and move as you feel. This is a space for care, celebration, and collective transformation. This workshop will be host by Lu and Mantis, who are both part of the Safffo Collective, a FLINTA & queer crew founded in Rome to create a space for independent queer artistic expression.
