water of the Agean Sea. At the rock, which is 300 meters away from the beach, a

chance to rest and to soak in the spiritual magnetic energy that is all around.

This a kayak supported swim. Swimming aids are available if needed. The

distance to the rock is 300 meters. It is not a race or competition, everyone can

swim at their own pace and can be supported back to the shore at any point. And

everyone is welcome to join!
